My bike from Jetson broke after just a couple of months. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Customer service won't pick up and you have to leave multiple messages and they don't call you back. It's truely awful. I have a friend who is a mechanic that is helping me, thank God. It's been months. My bike is still useless and I would never recommend this bike to anyone. So disappointed!
