I’ve had these guys for about a month now. Totally loving watching them! I had 3 active shrimp when I opened the package. A day later I found a fourth shrimp on the bottom that wasn’t moving. I figured I lost one, maybe in transit. However a little later that day the fourth guy was moving!! So I have four and they all seem happy and healthy. I have two pink and two clear shrimp. If you want something to mimic an aquarium this probably isn’t for you. They don’t swim around constantly so entertainment value isn’t the same, but it is peaceful and very low maintenance. I love mine! UPDATE: Since I wrote the review, maybe a week later 1 shrimp died. Then not more than a week later all of them died. It’s outside Amazon return window but for 30$ (almost half the price of the product) you can ship back to the company for a replacement or “recharge” and by recharge them mean replace your dead shrimp. Sorry but if they have a term for this I’m guessing it happens a lot. So cool concept, but I paid way too much money for a short time of enjoyment. Chocking this up as a loss. I did not photo the poor dead guys.. RIP shrimpies. Buyer beware!
