This product is great when it works, but when it doesn’t it’s trash. The main problem I’ve noticed with my hypervolt and some of my friends is it doesn’t start. My friend thinks his doesn’t work because of the cold, but mine is in the house all day in 75-degree weather and has trouble starting. Also, Hyperice the company has poor customer service. It’s impossible to get through to anyone there. I really regret this purchase.
