Disappointed - This pan is not flat - oils pool around edges
As other reviewers have pointed out, the bottom is not flat - at least not on mine. Therefore oils would pool around the outside edges of the pan leaving no oil in the center. I should have listened to the reviews, but I figured, "This is All Clad, it's supposed to be awesome so it must have been a fluke." Sadly I was disappointed to learn that it was not a fluke, and I am returning this item. For the price, something so simple as this should not be an issue. There are many other less pricey brands that can manage to make a flat bottom fry pan. Get your act together All Clad, or drastically reduce your prices. This was my first All Clad purchase. Not sure if I want to try again. Sigh, I was really looking forward to seeing what all the hype was about and enjoying a really great kitchen tool.
