I'll preface this by saying I only watched the first episode and have no intention of watching the rest. Therefore, unsure if tone of documentary changes (seems unlikely). First episode is littered with stuff about abuse, rape, etc., which was never proven in the Bobbitt case. All evidence was circumstantial & from Lorena Bobbitt herself. The episode included a strange montage, which included Clarence Thomas & Anita Hill. Clarence Thomas was accused of sexual harassment -- not sexual assault. Not much to do with Bobbitt case, or with the montage about sexual assaults.
