Understand that when you place an order, your card will be charged immediately. You will then be told (after you wait a week) that it will be on the next shipment. After another few days to a week, you'll get a call saying "that color isn't in, will you take another color?". When I called back, I was told "we have over 500 calls a day - we can't find it by order number. What model were you looking for? - Oh, that will be in on Thursday." Finally, we cancel - only to be told it will take several days for a refund because "we have a whole desk full of cancellations." Their web site looks okay, but don't even think of ordering. It is a nightmare - I'll let someone know if I ever get a refund. And no, it's not moped sites in general - we found another, placed an order, received confirmation immediately, and we'll see what the final result is soon.
