In short these cables are absolute garbage. :( I wish these cables performed as I have hoped. They offer a clean look that's easy to manage but these small positives are nothing compared to the abysmal performance. I was using an old cable that was giving me 80MB/s, and I wanted to upgrade in order to get the full 200MB/s (my internet connection speed). Not only did these cables not improve the situation - they worsened it, with them I was getting 12MB/s. I ended up going to buy an actual round CAT 6 cable and now at around 180MB/s I am pretty much getting my full connection speed. Wish I didn't buy these.
