This is ridiculous! I bought a clothing rack with two rods so I could hang twice as many clothes.... This was not a cheap clothing rack either. How am I supposed to hang clothes on both sides with the distance between the racks will not accommodate a normal sized hanger being hung on both rods???? See the pic that I took with hangers hanging on both sides and overlapping. If you’re hanging clothes on the one rod that are just kids clothes on kids hangers, it would work. But if you’re hanging adult sized clothing on a regular hanger, you’re not going to be able to use both rods to double your hanging since everything will overlap because the rods are too close together. So I will only be able to hang clothes on one side. Which means I could have spent a lot less money and bought a rack with only one rod. Save your money. I feel completely ripped off. And I rated everything as a 1 even though it was easy to assemble, it is sturdy, and it moves well on the wheels. This belongs in an elementary school or daycare where only children’s clothes would be hung on children’s hangers. UPDATE: Grace from Hokeeper emailed me back.... her suggestion was as follows—“ You can hang the clothing on both sides of the garment rack, please try to hang the clothing in an intersection way so the clothing on both sides won't be completely opposite. Or, you can send pictures for us to check how you hang the clothing.“ Lastly, she did send me a PREPAID Return Label.... which I am very appreciative of. That was a great customer service move, and much appreciated since the rack is heavy.
