We bought this for my daughter's Birthday party. We opened it and set it up - using two people and following the instructions. By the time the thing was set up, one of the top poles was bend. As we tried to straighten it out, other poles became bent. We could not take the thing down because with the poles bent, it would not fold. As we tried to fold, everything began to break. Attached are photos of what this looked like within 10 minutes of us setting it up. Very sad! I've tried to make contact for the return, but cannot return the frame since it is a pile of metal that won't fit in any box.
