Works well in terms of drying food, but it smells so strongly of plastic and the smell stays in the food. Can't be healthy. Tray is stainless steel but everything else is non-BPA free plastic and I am very sure it releases lots of toxin with heat. I strongly advise against buying this item. Returning it right away.
