I bought this product straight from Beverly Hills MD on a sales deal.I used it for a year. Good moisturizer but does not lift or sculpt I have tried most of their products and the one that I would recommend is the stem cell skin renew. The eyelash enhancer did not work nor did the lip enhancer.The crepe creme does not work even if you exfoliate your skin.. The usual customer care reps are well trained but the Customer Loyalty reps do not tell the truth. I was asking for a customer care rep and they told each time she would call me back in 5 minutes. After 1 half hour I called back and they told me she left for the day. The after sending an email to the surgeon letter the rep called back to tell me that she was away. I canceled my products in anger for being lied to if she was away then why didn't the receptionist be truthful and tell me that instead telling the rep will call me back in 5 minutes. I am no one's fool.. What else is that the 866 and 844 numbers are for the ? Beverly Hill customer Loyalty reps and the 917 are for the normal customer care and they are respectful and helpful. So it makes you wonder if Beverly Hills is a gimmicky name to fool the customer and they are based out of NYC. When I email the plastic surgeon with my complaint instead of a reply I receive email to purchase yet another product..
