I’ve ordered pillows from this company in the past and they were the best I’ve ever had! I thought I’d be pleased with ordering from them again but the quality has completely changed. I noticed that the firm, fluffy ones that they sold before has a RN# on the tag of 151416, but these that they just sent me has an RN# of 161627 and they now come rolled tightly in a plastic sleeve instead of coming fluffy as it did before. I thought that maybe they’d fluff up after a little while but 4 hours later, they are still flat! So for those who enjoy flat, foldable pillows that feels like a few feathers is in it you’ll be in luck!
