Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I'm not sure how this product gets good reviews, and to be honest I should have known better. I've tried various 'easy peasy' sharpeners over the years with no success, and this one is no better. What amazes me is how many people said it works for them. I used this tool, exactly to instructions, for 30 minutes on a paring knife! And it was no sharper than when I started, and I swear it was actually duller. It would not cut a tomato without squishing it. Nothing beats a couple of real or synthetic stones and a little work. This was a waste of time, and the afternoon after I received it, it's already packaged up for return.
