Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I want to start this off with a HUGE thank you to Amazon for refunding most of my money. I sent them an email explaining the situation and I had a partial refund within 30 minutes. I contacted Pet Gear via their contact link on their site on July 1 to ask for the remainder of my money. They requested that I send them proof that Amazon refunded my money. After I sent proof to Pet Gear, they agreed to refund me the remaining monies, but it took quite a few calls to them and several emails to get this resolved completely. I received my check on July 28th. They never did respond to my initial correspondence, I had to call them and they looked for and found my request. With that said, here is my review: When I checked reviews on this stroller, the reviews were great. Once the front wheel fell off, I came back and found others had the same problem. So I am thinking they may be using cheaper parts. I would and could NEVER recommend this stroller to anyone. My personal experience was totally horrible. Our dog had disc issues, he was able to walk, but could not take walks, hence, needing a stroller. He absolutely loved this stroller, his tail wagged so fast when he saw it. The stimulation for him was fantastic. Unfortunately, when we were on vacation, I was taking him for a walk and the darn wheel fell off, jolting him forward and almost pitching him out of the stroller. That jolt was the worst thing that ever happened to him and was totally devastating to myself and my husband as due to his injury from that jolt, we lost our little buddy. The dog was a 17 pound Dachshund, so he was totally under the weight capacity they claim this stroller could handle. BTW, this stroller had less than 10 miles on it and I am being generous with that amount of miles. We never took the stroller off road, we always walked on the sidewalk.
