Bad - expensive mistake. Stops steaming after a minute of use, then need to wait a few minutes so it works again for another minute. Another mistake was to wait too long to use it and notice this problem, since Amazon won't take it back after 30 days (which just passed). Hoping that Rowenta refunds the purchase instead of sending me a refurbished unit, which I did not pay for - I paid full price for a new one that probably was defective from day one. Update - the returned "repaired" unit still is defective exactly the same as before. In voice said a part was changed, but it didn't address the defect at all. Will not give a refund even though this was broken from the factory and after a repair is still not fixed. Do they think we, or my family and friends, would ever take a chance on buying a Rowenta again, when they insist on no refund?
