I got these for my son for Christmas. He LOVED the headset and they seem to work great until 3 weeks in and the 3.5mm jack broke off in his controller. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! I was there when it happened and all he did was grab the housing and pulled that the jack broke off. I really wish we could exchange these, but we have heard nothing at this point. My only option left was to warn others NOT to get these as this is the 2nd review at least that complained of broken jacks. Hope they can get it fixed!?!?!
