I thought this case would be good based on the reviews, but it has two glaring flaws that can't be ignored. After multiple times of putting my Kindle in my bag, I open my Kindle back up and am given the surprise of not being on the same location from where I left off. And I'm not talking about a small number of pages, it could be 20-100+ pages. And if you don't remember the location you ended on getting back there could be an annoying number of pages turns where scanning for your page could risk a big spoiler through the text. I assume this happens because the cover when closed can move quite a lot, so when it's being pushed up by something it messes with its wake/sleep function. Furthermore, the groove inside the cover that allows space for the buttons when closed, but not enough for the potential movement of the cover, causes the pages to turn while the cover is "closed" because the buttons aren't fully inside the space. Another smaller flaw, although extremely annoying is that sometimes when the case is pulled all the way back, so that the cover is magnitized to the back side, the kindle automatically turns off and you have to turn it back on. Because of these flaws, picking out this case would be my last choice, only using it if I absolutely needed the protection for my Kindle.
