My "brand new" carpet washer must have worked wonders for the first owner because they only needed to use it once and then returned it! I only wish that they had cleaned out the hair and then thrown it away since it won't even turn on. Thankfully, after a disappointing customer service conversation with Rose from Amazon (whose only concern was that I check my email while on the phone with her to make sure I received the return label), I'll be receiving a replacement. Hopefully then I can rewrite a review!
