I have to say this is my first flat top griddle. I should have got one of these a long time ago we just love it. I do have some issues with the quality of the griddle, nothing stopping it from working but it has a wobble in the griddle cooking surface. I contacted their customer service group and they are fantastic. They shipped out a replacement griddle right away. the only problem is the replacement has the same defects. They explained it must be a manufacturing defect and please accept the apologizes.
