If I put these in the top rack, in my dishwasher, there's no room for anything else. The company markets the product with a deceptive photograph that shows a mounds of fries in the basket. The instructions say "Place food in the non-stock basket in a single layer". The rack is small; would be of no use to a family. Oh, and they include a notice re mandatory binding arbitration, and exclusion from a class action suit. Save your money.
