Where do I start: Shoddy workmanship. Poor design and packaging. Stinks to HIGH heaven ( chemically) when it is on. Not usable- no heat control. I purchased this to do home brewing after much research on gas outdoor burners. I had to send the first and second one I ordered back due to defective product. Third one worked ( so I thought) so I kept it. Here lies the problem- Non functioning wind/heat shield around burner causes flame to go out constantly. Regulator is garbage- It is either all the way on ( full bore) or off. Forget about temp control. I have fooled around trying to use this product to the point of insanity. End of story- I was outside my window to return it and so frustrated- I gave it away. I purchased a BLICHMANN HELLFIRE. No comparison between the two. Do yourself a big favor and just spend the extra 50.00 on a Blichmann. You will thank yourself later. I know I wish I had.
