I was so excited when I found this. But once I received it I was very sadly disappointed. If your hair is longer then a few inches it will get sucked into the other side terribly! They need to put like a come around one side or the other. Either to like bowl the hair in the diffuser/dryingside or a bowl like to keep the hair away from the air intake side I do not recommend this product for anyone with hairs longer then 4-5"
