Not only does this product not work, but the customer service is in need of fixing. I bought this originally about a year before this and th self cleaning would go off and it would stop brewing. I would follow the self cleaning instructions and it would again light up and stop brewing. I replaced it myself for over 80.00. Well, this model I have had since September and two months ago it started again. This time I contacted customer service and they gave me exact self cleaning instructions and said even though I had done it the other day, I had to do it again AND then I had to wait a few weeks before I contacted them. So, I went through several days of trying to get coffee and finally it was time that I could email back and I did. I was then told they wouldn't do anything unless I sent them proof of purchase. (Obviously I wouldn't randomly call them about a coffee pot I do not own) but I did. I waited several more days and the reply was we will replace it but we do not pay for shipping either way or tax and they require I pay them 10.00 to ship me the new one and then I had to pay to ship the old one back and they required I do it with extra tracking etc...... Needless to say, I am done.
