First of all I never give reviews but feel I have to speak on this product, I had purchased this product 2x before, I really had no complaints or any noticable benefits either however there was something radically wrong with my recent order of this so called collagen peptide, first of all the powder is completely different from the previous purchases (same company) it has a totally different consistency the granules are large not soft powder, it had a strange aftertaste, and does not fully dissolve in liquids, A product from the same company should be consistent! I will not put this crap in my body! I'm wondering what this is made of!! It actully made me a bit nervous that I injested this, I will look for a more reputable company. Please think before you drink this garbage!
