Ok.. So am I an advid user of sauna suits. The ones that look like a garbage bags and tear after a weeks use. I wanted something more durable.. So I purchased this. Well.. Its not horrible. Nor is it a real sauna suit compared to the others I've been using. Pros Stylish Has pockets Seems durable Cons Not true to size. Size 3x is basically a L/XL. Does not trap heat to produce maximum amount of sweat from exercise. I was so excited to get this. After working out I noticed I didn't have as much sweat as I normally do. I actually had sweat stains under my arms which has NEVER happened using the cheaper versions. That means the suit is porous and it breathes. Not only that.. It's runs very small. My 3X fit like a L/XL. I was still able to wear it and work out. One good thing is that it didnt tear even though it was a bit tight across my thighs and butt. My suggestion is to not purchase this if you expect to get a good sweat after a workout. I usually have sweat hitting the floor when using my other suits. This didnt do that. This suit may be best for those who care more about looking stylish at the gym.
