I work overnights and I ran out of melatonin so i purchased this brand on amazon. First off, the three times i have taken it (days apart) have caused me to wake up very stressed out, very anxious, very UNRESTED, and very emotional. I have NEVER had this reaction to any other brand of Melatonin. I have taken melatonin sublingual, i have taken melatonin capsules, melatonin tabs, melatonin drinks, melatonin in the same form by by a different brand... and never had this problem. i TRULY believe that this brand is not the same standard of melatonin i have taken in the past. i have never ever ever had these side effects from any other brand. My boyfriend pointed out to me that on the days i've taken this brand of melatonin vs the days i have not taken this brand there is 100000% a difference in my emotional response to LIFE in the hours following my rest. Honestly, i dont know what company produces this product or where it is made or if it is even "pure" or quailty melatonin but i hope no one else experiences the mental distress i have after taking this brand.
