This man is not a dr
I just watched this man’s commercial on YouTube. I’m a registered nurse. He made some statements that were incorrect like if people just ate grapefruit they’d eliminate their need for blood pressure medication. Then he said “people who take blood thinners can’t eat green vegetables. So why not just eat the green vegetables instead of taking a pill?” Oh my God. Don’t listen to this. First of all eating grapefruit and stopping your blood pressure medication could kill you. And second, green leafy vegetables don’t thin the blood. They do the opposite because of the level of vitamin K they contain. That is the antidote to a blood thinner. So if someone on a blood thinner stopped and just started eating dark leafy vegetables they could quickly develop life threatening blood clots. Any primary care physician knows this is the case, yet he claimed to be one and then makes these statements that prove that he could not be a Primary care physician as he claimed. Do not buy this book.
