After many shipping issues I finally got these a week later than promised. Popped them in played some music and in 5 minutes lost sound in the right earbud. Everything functions on it (play, pause, etc) just no sound. I was really excited to get my hands on these and now my whole experience is soured. That this comes refurbished with Jabra's certification leaves a lot to wonder about their quality control. I'm going to return and maybe get a replacement, or just go for a different brand.
