I seldom leave negative reviews. This shower head is an exception. I have considered Moen a reliable brand in the past. I no longer think that they are. The instructions say to hand tighten the handheld bracket on the shower arm, then hand tighten the hose connections. Following these directions, the unit leaked copiously from the shower arm/handheld bracket connection. I tried gently tightening it with a wrench, a helpful tool per the instructions, and got the same result. The female collar on the handheld bracket is too shallow to ever not leak on the shower arm, plus the washer and screen were placed crookedly from the factory and will not fit squarely, regardless of what I try. The item is now not returnable and I am out the purchase price. If I had purchased the Amazon bestseller instead of this shower head, I would only be out 1/3 the price of this item. I needed a shower head right away, so I purchased one elsewhere. That one works perfectly and was easy to install. Plus the hose is much better and more flexible than the one with this item, and the price was about half the cost.
