We love this Mop! My wife and I have a Burger restaurant in Fort Worth Texas with around 3000sf of ceramic tile floors this mop not only saves us time at the end of the day but saves us money in labor and the expense of traditional mops we've used in the past. It is great quality all the way through. And the best part the floor is dry in just a couple of minutes. No more sloshing soapy water all over the floor and baseboards! Update: The first bucket we had started leaking from the bottom so Cyclomop sent us another at no charge but now after a couple of months the PLASTIC GEARS that agitate and spin the mop dry are stripped and will not work....we used the mop on a daily basis at our restaurant. It will not stand up to daily use. Probably good for home or occasional use. Worked great for a few weeks and went downhill from then on....poorly constructed but good idea!
