Very disappointed in this purchase as well as UE's customer service. The Good: The sound on these is pretty good. Not quite as good as the JBL at the same price, but it is so easy to pack and listen to on the go. Also, it gets loud; probably louder than it needs to be (as in the bass is super distorted) but is a nice feature when you are outdoors. The Bad: The bungee broke almost immediately. It was not cut or used improperly, it just fell off one day after being used about 10 times. UE's customer service is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. This was within about 1 month of purchase and they refused to do anything to fix it. Without the bungee you can hang the speaker on anything and it does not sound good sitting on the ground. My overall advice would be to take a look that their social media. Seems to be a lot of issues with UE's products and they are doing nothing to help their customers. You will be better off going with a different brand.
