The "Free" part of this is that you can download the app from Amazon for free but in order to use it you must sign up for an account and then it's going to cost you up to $90 a year. Amazon's listing is misleading and should mention the pay part. Once it's loaded you'll see a screen that tells you to enter your email or user name and then your password. Nothing worked and that's when I found it was a pay service. Too many issues by reviewers about poor customer service and the app slowing down speed. Seriously...how can an app which connects to another server in another state or country speed up your connection. Do it if you think you have to but remember this...there are no refunds whatsoever. None. I'll pass.
