When I ordered this product, I was hoping for a cover like I had in the early '90s. That one was made of a fairly dense canvas-like material. Unfortunately, that's not what I got. The material is very lightweight, so much so that it slid on my windshield when I went from the passenger side to the driver side to secure it, the cover shifted from its original position to another. I'm pretty sure the neighbors got a good laugh watching me shuttling from the driver side to the passenger side at least half a dozen times like a persistent mad man. I had to laugh at myself. There were also a few small rips in the seams, but they are just barely worth mentioning. The cover did a good job with the ten inches of snow we got just recently. Ultimately, it's a good idea, but somewhat unfortunately executed. That being said, Braden, the owner of the company sent me an email yesterday asking about how satisfied I was with the cover. I told him pretty much I wrote here. He replied promptly, thanked me for the input and graciously offered a refund without requiring me to return the product. This kind of personal attention is rare and I appreciate it. I'd like to see Apex Automotive succeed. With a few tweaks, I'm confident it will do just fine.
