I am hugely disappointed in this printer. The print quality is so-so. As for 'the cartridges are cheaper', I am so bummed to discover that I'm replacing them constantly. I am not a heavy user; one or two pages a day. The final straw is the jamming. I am using all HP toner and setup instructions and whatnot, but this darn thing jams CONSTANTLY. I'm so, so sorry I donated my Canon Pixma. I didn't know how good I had it. UPDATE: 12/6/2017 It gets worse every day. I was just trying to make a simple black and white copy of a W-2 today, and the whole computer screen went nuts. I had to power off and on again. I am also out of ink. Again. After trying the expensive "XL" size. What a huge waste of money and time this printer has been.
