When it was working the drive was great but it died, unexpectedly ;), 3 months and 2 days after purchase. Considering it probably wasn't installed for a few weeks from purchase date this is a pretty crappy lifetime especially and suspicious given the product support windows ended 3 days before it died. NOTE: Keep the original packaging! I went to return this under warranty only to learn that you need the "...original packaging that shipped with the product must be returned. If any accessories or packaging are missing, we are unable to issue a credit or send a replacement and the product(s) will be returned to the customer at his/her expense". WTF Crucial, who's keeping the original packaging for a year in case the drive fails.
