We bought a pair of these, and then a third for another room because we liked them so much. The pros are that they look very nice, especially for the price, and are quite comfortable and sturdy (no mini furniture!). Cons are that the low price really shows when you go to assemble these. First chair was absolutely impossible to assemble... the screws would spin and spin and never catch. Tried assembling the second, and it went together fine. Hmm. Tried the first again, and realized the holes just didn't line up... it took literally drilling another hole for the third screw for the chair to come together. Thought we knew it all now! When we ordered the third, the screws not only didn't line up quite right, but the holes went in at different angles, so the screw would spin in to a certain extent and then just stop. Try and wiggle the pieces a bit, the whole screw pops right out. Impossible to "fix." When I tried to return the chair, I was told we could if we covered the shipping. Hmm, turns out that would be about... $300. I'm now on the fifth round of back-and-forth emails with the seller to argue the chair is defective. They demand photographic evidence, but how you take a picture that shows the screws won't catch, well... I'm too afraid to order anything from this company again. EVER.
