This is a piece of junk and is not worth its price of $340+. I had to get one replaced by Amazon but the replacement was worse. I had ordered a total of two and both of them are going back. It was used by persons weighing less than 145 lbs in the household. The frame underneath buckled and bent out of shape. Some of the fabric stitching is already starting to peel off. Fabric on the underside was already torn. The thing rattles and shakes like it will fall apart in less than six months. After splitting my heads with Amazon and Acme, it turns out there is **no warranty** on these items other than the 30-day return policy via Amazon. The quality of workmanship is really poor and they had used basic staples to attach the velcro and the staples are already coming out. There seems to be zero quality control as one recliner is vastly different from the same recliner model in terms of comfort and quality of materials used. I continue to be a fan of Amazon shopping but I recommend that Amazon should discontinue offering this item especially to its Prime members. I will probably never order these kinds of furniture online unless it is from a well reputed name brand. Zero stars!
