Very disappointed. Waste of money
I agree with Shay. Total letdown. I bought this book from their website, got bombarded with infomercials and emails every day to purchase their pills and products. What a total waste of money just on the book. I am a long time type 2 diabetic and try to help myself by reading new material. Don’t waste your time or money.
