This razor must have been defective from the factory or previously used. The first shave out of the box it literally pulled whiskers out of my face. The foil screeen is a $20 disposable piece of junk that will need to be replaced at least 3 times per year. I'm very disappointed in this shaver. I have been a loyal Amazon customer for several years but I wonder sometimes if they are allowing companies to sell seconds or repackaged goods.
