This product brags about the great water pressure, even with low water flow. It barely can even reach you at full pressure. The water just barely sprays out and falls down in one stream because it doesn't have enough pressure. The selling point they're pushing is the worst feature. There is no sense in having this large shower head if it doesn't even spread the water out. When you go to the support site, it's not even functioning properly. They have templates that say, "insert product picture here and add text below describing it." Also, there is NO support option. Don't buy this product
