My wife wanted one of these, so I bought it for her. She loved it, but when I opened the box to start assemby, I immediately had reservations about build quality. The short crosspieces (at lower left in the product photo) had only a single small tack-weld, and the unit racks badly when rolling it around (our unit has never stood as upright as the one shown). And, of course, with its tendency to rack, it lasted only a few weeks before those small tack-welds broke, so I'm now in corrective maintenance mode to effect repairs. The design as a laundry sorter center was fine, the price was right, the wife-acceptance-factor was off the charts, but the unit's manufacturing design and construction are unacceptable. I'll rebuild this one because my wife likes it. But this is the first and LAST "Honey Can Do" product I'll ever purchase. If they can't put the minimum thought necessary into designing and manufacturing something as simple as a roll-around laundry basket, how good will their other products be? NOT RECOMMENDED. (Unless, of course, you happen to actually enjoy re-engineering poorly manufactured garbage in your copious free time.)
