One of the polycarbonate rods broke on the first day hours after it was set up. Called kijaro and the lady said that the hammock is not meant to be left set up and should be disassembled promptly after use. I had it set up for two hours mind you. They would not send me a replacement rod and said I should go back to amazon to get the broken part from them. Amazon's seller plumstruck has not replied to my inquiry after 5 days. Worst purchase ever on amazon. For that price save your money. Kijaro does not stand behind their products, if they did they would have just shipped me the $5 part so I would be happy with their product. Never again Kijaro.
