Agree with any review that says this thing is a beast to clean. The straps are hard screwed into the frame and impossible to remove, so the filthiest part, the straps that cover the baby’s chest, cannot be removed or thrown into the wash. I have tried hand washing and “wiping down” the seat and straps like the manufacturer suggested and it’s not only impossible to get it clean, re-wetting the baby food on the straps just makes the mess even worse. I’m about to take it into my backyard and hose it off. It’s a beautiful design but the degree of difficulty to clean it outweighs everything. How attractive can a baby chair be when it’s caked in baby food that you cannot remove? I hate this chair. Whoever designed this chair not only doesn’t have children, they probably don’t have a mother either because they were probably sired and left on this planet by some unholy entity, dropped by a pterodactyl onto some third rate university campus where they engineered this product specifically to crush the spirit of millions of parents.
