I've been using QuickBooks since 1993. My most recent purchase of the 2020 pro edition was refunded because it corrupted the data file from the 2013 release that I attempted to replace. I've reinstalled the 2013 software and recovered the data from a previous back up. Intuit's technical support wanted $500 to restore the date that the 2020 software corrupted. Bye, bye, Intuit. I like companies that have honorable corporate culture, and no longer support companies that don't fix their own mistakes.
