Author must not talk to strong women
In to the comments of a fun meme about "what if The Chosen One was a middle-aged woman", this author appeared, saying, "I wrote this book!"
...But he didn't. He wrote about a woman who was constantly worried about what others thought of her, why her grown kids weren't finding time for her, how to navigate the world at all. Thank goodness there's a man in her life, a butler of all things, to help support the poor dear!
The point of the meme flew over his head in exactly the way it would fly over the head of someone who has never considered that women can run their own lives, for themselves, full of female friends and meaning they choose. In short, the meme was about a female PROTAGONIST.
Also the writing is boring and drab. Did not finish.
