Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is my second time ordering this exact product on Amazon, and for some reason this second product is nothing like what I received the first time. These filters are harder, don’t absorb the water, and feel like cardboard paper instead of the cloth-like feel of the previous ones. I will be contacting Amazon for a refund. I posted a pic as well, showing the original product at top, and the new filters at bottom. You can see that the water doesn’t even penetrate the filter all the way, like the top one does.
