Not a fan of this product ....
I used the pan to bake some chicken. The drippings burned and stuck to the pan. When I used a plastic spatula to try to scratch it off, the copper came off. I probably did something wrong somewhere, but if it's that easy to ruin, I won't be buying Copper Chef again.
