Attempt #2: The pans came packaged well, but there were imperfections. The instructions say don't return to the store, contact us, then goes on to tell you that if you think there is a problem, ship it to them and they'll determine if it's something they are willing to replace or fix. I'm not going to spend more money to let them decide if they are going to repair damage done at the factory. My more in depth review was rejected by Amazon so this simple one will have to do. I would buy in a store and return it to the store if you have issues.
