Price? Great! Size? almost perfect! Install? ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! After spending nearly 8 hours trying to get this printer installed, I gave up and reached out to Amazon, who connected me to a really helpful tech at HP. He tried for an hour to get this thing connected, finally decided something on my computer wouldn't let me connect to any ip addresses. This did not happen until I downloaded the software for the printer. That tech connected me with a PC tech who said "Your computer is out of warranty, you'll need to talk to our paid help service". WHAT? I download your software and then have to PAY YOU to get it fixed? Can you smell extortion? At least Amazon is standing up and refunding my purchase. Now, how do I get my computer repaired? Shame on you HP I used to be a loyal HP customer.
