Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am confused. Did I buy a used compact refil? I don’t know if this came from the amazon warehouse or a third party individual but “amber” refil looks a mess. Not to mention it isn’t the same size in depth as the “warm silk” I also ordered. I will be returning both and making the trip up to a plastic surgeons office to make sure I am buying a fresh “real” Jane iredale product. If there is an explanation as to why this happened I am happy to hear about this. Sorry... but the photos don’t lie.
